UK Controlled Environment Users' Group

Membership - Commercial

Eligibility and conditions of membership:

1. Companies that manufacture hardware or software associated with controlled environments for plant, animal, or animal and plant growth or for ecosystems, are eligible for membership at the discretion of the Executive Committee.

2. Such companies may appoint one individual (its ‘commercial member’) to represent it and to vote on its behalf at meetings of the Charity; and may appoint an alternate to replace its appointed representative at any meeting of the Charity, if the appointed representative is unable to attend. The commercial member represents the ‘member organization’ and has one vote.

3. Other company members may join as non-voting members, but only if they are already represented by a ‘commercial member’.

4. Commercial members will be expected to pay an annual subscription to the charity at a rate recommended by the Executive Committee.

5. Commercial members have the right to exhibit at the annual conference/meeting on payment of the standard display space charge, however the first call on display space for the local organizers must be companies relevant to the subject of that year’s meeting and secondly companies who are used by the organizers or are local to the site of the meeting.
